Look at how obscene my classmates can get. @_@

Of course, we had to take the traditional ADV 4-1 "we-feel-like-a-tv-drama-show" pic.

Wei! Bonfire at the beach! And we just spent the whole time singing (and drinking) too.

Class outing
April 4,(Monday), we had our last class outing in Anilao, Batangas :) Great beach and pool, and cottage too! Good thing we didn't have to take the bus going there, we were able to get shuttle vans near Buendia. I think, we were 23 all in all, including Sir Jay, our TV Art professor (hehe!). My classmate, Inggo - his family owns the resort's canteen, so we got discounts on everything! We swam all day! Ate all day! Talked all day! It was sooooooo fun! Gawd, I feel like a giddy school girl just trying to think about it, unable to express it fully @_@ Anyway, I posted several pics up there XD

Gawd, I have terrible t-shirt tan lines now @_@ Noontime swimming is bad! But at least I can tread in the middle of the 7 feet pool now :) I'm so happy (and proud)XD I really don't know how to swim (except for sisid, doggie paddle, and treading), so I'm just happy I can stay afloat :) :) :)

Anyway, 5 of us had to go 1 day earlier, so my classmate Inggo took us (Me, Tere, Mhau, Gian, Ferdy) to where we can ride a jeep to the bus station @_@ It was pretty far and it took us longer to get home. I think I enjoyed that going-home part the most, as we had a "heart-to-heart" talk with my friends. It's so sad we won't be able to see each other much anymore. Four straight years with your block section made me love my classmates so much. I'm so happy and proud of my classmates! I think that we're much closer than any other class in the whole of UST Fine Arts, and we have accomplished many things as a class too. (Haha, imagine almost half of the cum laudes of the advertising dept, came from our section, and the only two magna cum laudes as well XD)

Sigh... I can't help but feel so sentimental about things... about graduating, and other things...

Tuesday to Wednesday
I had to stay overnight at Laika-kecchan's house last tuesday. I was really sleepy and was so tired, her house seems to be easiest place to rest for a bit. Well, sleepy or not, I always go there anyway @_@

Anyway, I think I should be off to bed. It sucks to have a runny nose (darn bus airconditioning).

My family and I stayed at the hospital the whole day (my dad is confined at Medical City), watching thousands of people at the Vatican in CNN, mourning for Pope John Paul II. It's sad to lose a super pope like he is, but I am at the same time joyful for having such a person leading the Church - kind, compassionate, and ultimately cares for people of all ages, all races, all religions. I haven't practiced Catholicism (or any other religion) for the past few years as I dislike many things about religion, but I do believe and have faith in God, and I so admire the Pope for being able to reach out to people, and become an instrument of God in spreading His good news, in a way that made him the most well-loved pope ever. I pray (a lot), that the conclave will choose well, a pope that is as great as Pope John Paul II, or a pope that may even surpass what the late pope has done for the Church.

In other news, my dad may be able to leave the hospital tomorrow. He's done with Systoscopy and the doctors already crushed the stones in his kidney, or something like that. He wasn't able to go to my graduation :<. But my mom was able to go instead. ^_^ Such a nice feeling going up the stage twice ^_^ Lol, the dean, rector, sec.gen, and dep. head... they all asked me where my dad was @_@ Of course I had to tell that he's in the hospital and stuff @_@. I think it would have been better that way. If my mom wasn't able to attend, I wouldn't know how to answer. Ano yun, sabihin ko, eh kasi hiwalay po parents ko at di pa sila bati ng tatay ko kaya wala dito nanay ko? @__@

Haha, anyway, I'll be going to Batangas tomorrow. Class outing desu ^_^ Will be back on tuesday XD
